I aim to post all orders on the next working day with Royal Mail. You will receive a tracking number so you can follow your order on its journey.
 

 For all UK/Ireland orders please allow 2-3 days for delivery. If your parcel is going on a longer journey to Europe please allow up to 5 days. For USA and Rest of world, allow 7-10 days.
 

 If there's anything wrong with your order, please let us know 14 calendar days from the date of order via email. Any issues after this date will not be considered. 
 

I avoid plastic so be rest assured your package will be plastic free and in fully recyclable paper! if for any reason you are dissatisfied please get in touch by email –simplehomehlism@gmail.com, as soon as possible.
 

Due to the nature of cosmetics I cannot accept returns
